Infrastructure
Our watch dials production is concentrated in two factories near Chandigarh, India and a separate dial Assembly facility. The factories employ about 600 workers and staff. Most of the tools required for dial manufacturing are made in-house. We also make our own Indexes and Appliques. The production lines are segregated according to quality.
Process
Our processes are robust and well tested, in a clean and dust-free environment. We use the latest technologies including CNC Milling, Laser Application, Digital Printing supported by highly skilled manual work where required. We have a strong design team, and a dedicated department focussed on new products and customer prototypes. An ERP (SAP) backbone links Production and Planning to Sales.
Turnaround Time
We are self-dependent for 100% in house tool manufacturing, with state-of-the-art machines which helps us to bring our turnaround time between 2 to 8 weeks. The customers can also select the packing method to suit their assembly process.
Dials Manufacturing
Our Dials factory in Derabassi, Chandigargh has been newly renovated. Producing over 5 million dials each year, made by 500+ skilled workers, the factory has been transformed and now also includes a new Product Design studio and an ISO 7 certified clean room with HEPA filtration for lacquering.
